Terms and Conditions: Cruise fare provided to My Cruise Getaway is the amount paid for the cruise plus full board, ordinary ship's meals during the voyage, beverages such as milk, tea, coffee and fruit juices, shipboard activities, shows, special functions and port of call stops offered by the participating cruise line and is at their schedule and discretion. Not included in the Cruise Fare are air or land transportation to and from the ship and/or hotel, parking, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, mineral waters, casino play, gratuities, shore excursions, souvenirs, Internet or phone access and all other personal expenses. You may arrange airport transfers to the ship or rental car reservations from My Cruise Getaway. Please consult with your reservation specialist for details and quotes. In addition, Cruise fare includes Government taxes and fees imposed or sanctioned by the U.S. Government or other Governments. All guests are required to pay the applicable per person government taxes, fuel supplement and administrative fees as well as a $15 handling fee which is applied. Travel dates can be booked up to 30 days prior to the date of travel. There is a $50 cancellation policy in addition to any cruise lines penalties that may apply. $50 cancellation fee may be applied towards the purchase of an additional cruise through My Cruise Getaway up to one year from the date of the original booking. There will be a $25 administration fee for any changes made to the reservation. Tickets issued are only valid for the person(s) named hereon as Guests and cannot be transferred or modified without My Cruise Getaway written consent. The acceptance or use of this ticket by the person(s) named hereon as Guests shall be deemed acceptance and agreement by each of them to all of the terms and conditions of this Passage Contract. You may upgrade/customize your cruise to add additional guests, extra nights or choose to travel at alternate seasons by paying the applicable seasonal surcharge. These discounted land stays are designed for qualified married couples, defined for purposes of this offer as those who are between the ages of 25-68 with a verifiable annual household income of at least $50,000 USD for U.S. Citizens/Residents and $80,000 USD for Canadian & U.K. Citizens/Residents. (Minimum requirements may be higher and other qualifications may vary, based on destination and season of travel). Married couples must together attend a 90-minute VIP tour and sales presentation. In addition, TruCash points, if included, will be issued with or without a land stay. The amount of TruCash points earned will be based on length of cruise and will be issued to the cardholder's account after the cruise portion of the vacation has been completed.
